Got what we expected. The car was reasonably priced and was in great condition. Reiss was always there available for assistance during the complete buying process and was very helpful. Would highly recommend to get in touch with IFR automotive for great deals.

Disappointing that the vehicles advertised are not in a position to be viewed, despite being advertised and pictured on the website. I do suspect stock photos have been used.

Hi Dave The photos online are not stock photos. As explained over the phone the vehicles need a little prep doing and i advised the vehicles would be ready in the next few days, which i then offered to book you in at a time that suits you best. You then told me that you would speak to your partner and get back to me with a date and time. This review is totally unjust as we take priority in full customer satisfaction.

The team were really good at communication, being available on the phone and quick to respond to WhatsApp.The car was cleaned and ready for me to test drive and inspect upon arrival at their premises and the team didn't hover over me, they left me to inspect at my own pace, with a complementary drink.I had a good test drive that let me experience all the car had to offer. I believe a longer test drive was available upon request. When it came to purchasing the car, the team were open to negotiation on the price to achieve something that suited both parties without being forceful or rude and were patient and efficient when it came to payment and paperwork.A genuinely painless and pleasant experience with 2 friendly yet professional guys.

Great set of lads, work very well with us through the purchase. Making sure the car was prepped and ready the day before. Couldn’t have asked for a better used car.
