Great experience. IRF is run by two brothers who were Very friendly, easy to talk to and deal with. Im in the motor trade so i checked the car over and it was exactly what i was looking for an upgrade for my son. I mainly dealt with who Riess was Very professional, honest , he was prompt with replying to text messages and phone calls and he had my needs, satisfaction and happiness as his first priority. Would deal with again. Thanks again boys well done 👍

I can’t recommend Reiss and the team at IFR Automotive highly enough.The level of customer care here is absolutely elite. From the very first phone call, Reiss went completely above and beyond for me, going to massive lengths to make sure the car was perfect. He allowed me to test drive it and spend a good amount of time completely alone with the vehicle, with absolutely no pressure. Unfortunately, due to a sudden change in my situation out of our control, I wasn't able to finalize the purchase. Even though I had to pull out, Reiss showed absolute class, was incredibly understanding of my situation, and immediately refunded my holding deposit. It is rare to find independent dealers with this level of honesty and genuine respect for people. They will absolutely be my first choice when looking for a car in the future. High-quality vehicles backed by a truly exceptional team!

I recently purchased an Audi A5 2015 Black Edition Sportback in Sepang Blue from this dealership and I’m very pleased with the overall experience. Although it is a small dealership, they were extremely transparent and honest throughout the process, which gave me a lot of confidence in the purchase.Before collection, they made sure everything the car needed was taken care of, including tyres, a gearbox service, and a full clean. The vehicle was handed over in excellent condition and clearly well-prepared.The team came across as friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. The two brothers running this business listened to my questions and concerns from the start. Their well-mannered and calm approach was noticeable from our initial encounter.
